Halfway Barn, Hutton le Hole
We were commissioned to convert the existing building into a veterinary practice with accommodation at first floor for the owner of the practice.
The building is located within the North York Moors National Park and extensive negotiations with the planners took place in order to secure the consent.
The conversion of the building involved minimal alteration to the external envelope with all existing openings being retained.
